About Sculptra® Aesthetic

Aging happens. Skin gets lax and deep lines and furrows form. But aging skin can be a result of more than just aging. We run, we rush. We burn the candle at both ends. Stress cozies up to us. We don’t always eat right (a lot of the time, right?). We don’t always get the sleep we need.

Oh, and that sunscreen our faces need to keep aging at bay? All of these things, including genetics, can have a negative effect on how youthful our skin looks. No one said it’s fair, but with Sculptra® Aesthetic, you can own your own beauty again.

Sculptra® Aesthetic is an FDA-approved way to kick up your collagen significantly enough to help repair the underlying structure of the skin.

Sculptra Aesthetic® helps to soften the appearance of such features, filling out facial contours, grooves, and hollows that can even appear on your temples. Using Sculptra® Aesthetic, the collagen builds in these areas, the skin actually becomes stronger and more youthful, with results lasting up to two years or longer.

Sculptra® Aesthetic makes a subtle, impactful difference allowing you to add more fullness without the risk of an unnatural “over-filled” look you can end up with when left in the hands of someone not qualified to administer it.

All our injectables are performed by Sarah Kurts, a board-certified physician assistant. She and all our dedicated, knowledgeable staff know what it takes to bring you face to face with a younger you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sculptra® Aesthetic is used to correct shallow to deep wrinkles and folds on the face. Administered with the appropriate injection technique from a trained specialist, Sculptra® Aesthetic is clinically approved for:

  • Deep folds between the nose and mouth (nasolabial folds), also called “smile lines”
  • Lines framing the mouth (marionette lines)
  • Chin wrinkles

On average, a series of three treatment sessions over the course of a few months may be needed.

The number of injections at each session will vary, depending on the degree of correction needed and the treatment plan determined by you and your specialist.

If there are no complications, you may apply makeup several hours after treatment. Be sure to consult your doctor after treatment.

Since Sculptra® Aesthetic does not contain any human or animal components, no allergy testing is needed prior to treatments.
